How much does it cost?
Packages start at $299 for business email and $799 for a website, domain, and email together. Anything else gets a fixed quote before work starts. See pricing.
Are there ongoing costs?
You pay for your domain (about $10–20 a year) and your email accounts, billed directly by the provider. I'll explain these before setup, and there's no monthly fee to me unless you choose scheduled support.
How long does it take?
Most packages are done within one to two weeks, depending on how quickly you can send content and approvals.
Do I own everything?
Yes. The domain, email, and website are in your name, and you get a written handoff with all the logins.
Can you move my old email?
Yes, quoted separately, because it depends on how much there is and where it lives now.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes: scheduled support and maintenance, quoted to fit your business, such as account changes or periodic security reviews. It's planned work at agreed times, not a 24/7 help desk. Urgent problems are quoted separately.
Do you come on-site?
No. My work is done remotely, by phone and screen sharing, so you don't have to wait for a visit or pay for travel time.
Do you work outside Spartanburg and Greenville?
Yes. Since the work is remote, I can help businesses anywhere in the Upstate and beyond, within reason.
