Clear starting prices, then a fixed quote

Most IT companies won't put a number on their site. I'd rather you know roughly what you're looking at before we talk. Every job still gets a written quote listing exactly what's included.

Something else? Microsoft 365, migrations, automation, repairs: fixed quote after a free 15-minute call.

Let's talk

Your domain, website, and email accounts belong to you. Any ongoing third-party costs are explained before setup.

What you pay directly, every year or month

These go straight to the provider, in your name, on your card. I don't mark them up, and I'll walk you through them before anything is set up.

  • Your domain: about $10–20 a year, billed by the domain registrar.
  • Email accounts: per user, per month, billed by your email provider at their current rates. Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace cost more than basic email-only providers; I'll recommend what fits how you work and your budget.
  • Website hosting: I'll tell you up front if your site needs a paid hosting plan and what it costs.

There's no monthly fee to me unless you choose scheduled support.

What gets a fixed quote

Anything outside the two packages is quoted after a free 15-minute call, once I understand what's involved:

  • Microsoft 365 setup, cleanup, and troubleshooting
  • Moving existing email, calendars, or contacts
  • Extra website pages, or a website without the email bundle
  • Lost access to a domain, website, or email account
  • Account security reviews and automations
  • Scheduled support and maintenance, at agreed times

How the quote works

The quote lists what I'll do, what's not included, and the price. That price is fixed. If something new comes up partway through, I'll tell you and quote it before doing any extra work, so there are no surprise bills.

Pricing questions

Why "starting from"?

Every business is a little different: how many email accounts, whether old email needs moving, how much content the website has. The starting price covers the package as described. Your written quote shows your exact price before any work starts.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No long-term contract. You approve a written quote for one project. Scheduled support is optional and agreed separately.

When do I pay?

50% when you approve the quote, the rest at handoff, once everything is working and you've been walked through it.

Will I be locked in to you?

No. Your domain, website, and email accounts are in your name, and the handoff document lists every login. Anyone can take over from there.
