What you get
An invoice from yourbusiness.com looks more trustworthy than one from a free address with numbers in it, and the address stays with the business, not with whoever created the account.
- Business email on your domain, with the accounts you need and any shared addresses like info@ or quotes@.
- SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configured and verified with a test message, so your mail is properly authenticated.
- Setup on your devices: your phone, your computer, and the mail app you like to use.
- A written handoff with your admin login, the records I added, and what you're paying the provider.
Which provider? The one that fits
I'm not tied to any provider. Microsoft 365 makes sense if you live in Outlook, Word, and Excel. Google Workspace suits people who already like Gmail and Google Drive. If you just need a reliable mailbox or two, there are lower-cost options that work well. On the free call I'll recommend one based on how you work and what you want to spend, and you'll sign up in your own name so the account is yours.
Already on Microsoft 365 and need more than email? See Microsoft 365 help.
